Groups are required to place a pre-authorised card payment of £500 behaviour bond on arrival. This is to cover any potential damages caused by a group or group member. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED AT THE PROPERTY.
Bonds are refunded to the card normally within 3-5 working days depending on bank
